ipSentry Alerting Features - Audible Alert

ipSentry can trigger a notification by either a .wav file to be
played or the PC speaker to be beeped for the duration you specify
in the alert configuration.
We know by first hand experience that many times, this is the first
alert we recognize when somebody is in proximity to the system on which
ipSentry is running. It might take a few seconds for our cell
to receive the SMS message or our email client to recognize the
email alert, but we often times respond to the
annoying beeping and sounds being emitted from an ipSentry audible
alert before any other alerts are recognized.
