We may be able to locate your license codes, but we will not deliver recovered codes to an email address that is not on file for the registered license.  Also, if you purchased IPSentry from a reseller, you will need to contact the reseller to obtain the license codes as we may not have a record of which key was assigned to you.

An additional fee is charged for attempting to recover license codes.
